A knitwear project by Yonetomi that explores essentials designed for a “new everyday.” Factory-level craftsmanship allows for thoughtful details and subtle refinements—creating pieces that naturally complement modern daily life. 
Cashmere twisted to the limit of the fiber.
A completely different approach from the soft, delicate cashmere commonly known.
To create yarn with inherent strength, Yonetomi developed an exclusive cashmere yarn twisted to the very edge of what the fibers can withstand.

This “strength of the yarn” is what makes a denim-like, aging cashmere knit possible. 
The toughness of a “10-year piece,” created by dense knitting.
The densely knitted fabric—crafted slowly and meticulously—has the firm, structured feel and substantial thickness of a sweatshirt.

・Highly resistant to pilling
This experience of “raising your knit” is only possible because of this precise construction. 
A rigid finish that is intentionally “unfinished.”
While standard cashmere goes through washing, fulling, and softening to become a “completed” product, this piece is delivered in a fully untreated, rigid state. It is designed so the “final finish” is left to the wearer. With repeated wear and hand-washing, oils gradually fade, the core softens, and the knit develops a character that is entirely its own.
It even arrives with the natural scent of spinning oil—left untouched, much like authentic workwear. A rare concept in the world of knitwear.

The V-neckline creates a neat impression around the face. Compared to a crew neck, it offers a more composed look and helps balance the relaxed silhouette.
