REYN SPOONER
A pioneer of Hawaiian shirts founded in Hawaii, USA in 1956. Known for its hand-drawn original prints and its signature “Spooner Kloth,” which becomes softer and more comfortable with every wash. With distinctive techniques such as reverse-side printing, the brand has grown into a lifestyle label extending from shirts to accessories.

A texture shaped by tradition
A cotton and polyester blend that combines cotton’s breathability with polyester’s quick-drying and durable properties. The fabric is resistant to wrinkling and deformation, offering a reliably sturdy yet easy-care texture.

By intentionally using the reverse side of the fabric as the face, the print takes on a subtly faded, time-worn appearance—evoking the character of a shirt worn for years.

An all-over design inspired by the world of Kikaider
Set against a classic monstera leaf background, this design features scenes from the 1970s tokusatsu series Android Kikaider, which became a cultural phenomenon when broadcast on Hawaii’s KIKU TV. Iconic moments—including Kikaider riding a motorcycle, battles with Hakaider, and appearances by creatures such as Blue Buffalo and Grey Rhino King—are intricately placed throughout the pattern.

It also includes memorable scenes such as Dr. Jill playing the flute and Jiro with his guitar, capturing the emotional essence of the series in a playful textile that condenses its world into a single garment.
